"1. Everone else was getting the weather channel, and as this was a pilot fly in, weather is important. We could not get it. Room 100 2. The did not clean the room 2 of the 4 days; when asked, they came over but did not leave coffee, (a must for Seattleites)or make the bed. Just left towels. 3. Having the desk at the end of the bed with the armchair is just plain dumb. We ended up moving the chair and table to the entry area, just so we could get by the end of the bed. The counterperson said they had a lot of complaints on that item, they forward them to corporate, and nothing ever happens. 4. The bathroom door layout is poor; if open you can't get into the bed, and if closed, it is a constant open and close to access the bathroom to put kleenix in the toilet, etc. Hope this helps, John"
